How Rosetta Stone Works Animated Video:
I single handedly illustrated, animated and edited a minute long video to explain the Rosetta Stone methodology. Probably my most favorite project with the company for how challenging, yet fun it was to craft a minute long animated ad. Rosetta Stone needed an updated creative to explain how their language learning method works, a video that is engaging through and through while still clearly and accurately communicating how the program works.
Superstitions Around the World - Japan
A collection of superstitions from Japanese culture. Digitally Illustrated and animated by myself using Procreate on the iPad and Adobe After Effects for final motion graphics finessing.
Rosetta Stone App Promo Video
Rosetta Stone needed a new video to promote that it has a mobile app and are no longer the outdated CD-ROM company it once was. The only problem? It was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and putting together a video production with a full crew was out of the question. A script was drafted, the right voice actor hired to narrate the ad, and I put it all together using a combination of stock footage and some older video assets that we had. This project included some motion tracking work to simulate the mobile app screens as well as some motion graphics and sound design as well. All in all, for a “budget” video it did pretty well and so far has more than 100k impressions on YouTube alone.
Rosetta Stone Your Plan Social Ad
Promotional ad used to announce Rosetta Stone’s new app feature “Your Plan”. This quick video that was deployed across the different social media channels aimed to let people know that they can now customize how they learn depending on the end goal they want to achieve— to learn a new language for work, travel or to connect to family members in a deeper way.
Besides creating all the illustrations, I also worked on the motion graphics, final video and audio editing and mixing.
